Got Juice!

I have a juicer. It is one of my most favorite kitchen gadgets. I love that when I want fresh, organic juice I can simply make it myself. It had been far too long since the last time I made a juice and my body needs it so this morning I threw one together and thought I would share the recipe with you here. Juicing is so wonderful and super healthy for you and a great way to get whole foods into your body. I love the taste and enjoy it very much, but for some it would be a little hard to swallow carrot juice so I have always served mine in a wine glass to make it a little more fun. Afterall, it is a cocktail! Okay, now for the recipe! Here is what I used this morning:
4 medium sized organic carrots(brushed and rinsed)
4 stalks of organic celery
1 medium to large apple(this makes eating vegetable juice go down much easier)
This made about 16 ounces of juice. I understand that everyone doesn’t have a juicer, but I love mine and wanted to share this with you….and here is the finished product! Cheers!
